Fence Foreman:
We are seeking great attitudes who enjoying working as a team. Our crews are versed in many types of fencing, as well as installation techniques - including digging as little holes as possible - a huge plus! We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated, punctual, ready to lead or willing to learn quickly, and remains with a good attitude towards our team and customers.

Prior experience in the fencing trade is a requirement.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a fence installation foreman, you will be leading a team to complete daily tasks that include using equipment to drive posts, staging material, laying out fence designs and installing fences and gates. Relevant experience is a huge plus!

• Work within a team and individiually to build different types of high-quality residential, commercial and agricultural fences.
• Use modern and innovative tools and post drivers.
• Read work orders to pull materials and load trucks for jobs.
• Keep work vehicles, job sites, and the shop in a clean and organized manner.
• Demolition of existing fences.
• Installation and possible fabrication of gates.
• Communicating clearly with your team, production manager, sales and office team members.

• Is looking for personal and professional growth.
• Has the ability to be flexible (We work 10 hour days Monday - Thurday, with Friday being a flex day due to weather or holidays. Our 4 day schedule also allows for a few hours of overtime now and then.)
• Has the ability to lift heavy objects, 80+ pounds.
• Is punctual, and ready to start the day on time.
• Dependable! It's a must. We understand sickness or unforseen circumstances happen, but try your best to be to work.
• Good communication skills with team members both in the field and in the office.
• A great driving record is appreciated, and a CDL is even better!

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and starts at $25-30 per hour.
Overtime starts after hitting 40hrs in 1 Monday - Sunday week.
